Role Summary

Development & Strategy Executive will support the development of new products, partnerships, and strategic initiatives across our entertainment parks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in business development, partnerships, product planning, and project coordination within the retail entertainment industry. Will work closely with internal teams and external partners to help develop proposals, coordinate projects, track performance, and support the execution of new initiatives such as events, partnerships, and site activations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Performance Support

Collect and compile operational and sales performance data from internal teams.

Assist in preparing basic dashboards for product, promotion, and site performance.

Support data validation before analysis and management presentations.

2. Product & Proposal Documentation

Prepare product proposal decks, partnership proposals, and internal memos.

Ensure documents are complete, organized, and ready for internal approvals.

Maintain structured documentation for products, partnerships, and initiatives.

3. Site Development & Partnership Support

Assist in preparation for new site activations and event projects (e.g., Pororo Carnival, pop-ups, mall activations).

Coordinate internal data and requirements needed for feasibility analysis.

Support administrative communication with external partners and vendors.

4. Tracking & Reporting

Maintain trackers for product initiatives, partnerships, and site development projects.

Monitor project timelines and follow-ups with internal teams.

Prepare summary updates and reports for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Internship or project experience in business development, marketing, consulting, event management, or partnerships is a plus.

Strong organization and documentation skills.

Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Good communication skills (both Bahasa Indonesia and English).

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail.
