Requirements :

Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Culinary Arts; graduates from culinary or hospitality programs are preferred.

At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.

Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards (HACCP) and food safety procedures.

Skilled in managing a specific kitchen section.

Able to work under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Good communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented, responsive, and highly responsible.

Creative and open to new menu ideas or presentation innovations.

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
