Qualification:

Requirements – Operations Manager

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 (five) years of experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent position in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, budget vs. actual analysis, and operational cost control (COGS, PNL, dll).

Capable of managing inventory and controlling facility/outlet maintenance costs.

Basic understanding of outlet marketing strategies and promotional program implementation.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop human resources.

Highly customer service-oriented with a focus on improving the customer experience.

Experienced in monitoring and analyzing outlet operational performance, including revenue, inventory management, and customer feedback.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and national holidays.
