Job opportunity for Admin Marketing Support at Scinder Law Firm in KOTA DENPASAR, BALI, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative or marketing support roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Photoshop) is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to the marketing team in daily operations.

Assist in preparing and organizing marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and proposals.

Manage and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing activities (events, promotions, etc.).

Monitor and compile marketing performance reports (e.g., social media insights, campaign results).

Handle inbound inquiries from customers (email, WhatsApp Business, or other platforms) and direct them to the relevant team.

Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and basic content updates.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of all marketing-related data.
