  • ✓ Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan secara langsung (di tempat) maupun melalui telepon, email, dan media sosial dengan sopan juga profesional.
  • ✓ Menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan dengan cepat dan efisien.
  • ✓ Memberikan informasi produk, layanan, dan kebijakan perusahaan kepada pelanggan.
  • ✓ Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
  • ✓ Melakukan tugas administratif terkait layanan pelanggan.
  • ✓ Warga Negara Indonesia
  • ✓ Pria/Wanita berpenampilan menarik
  • ✓ Usia Min 18 Tahun - Max 27 Tahun
  • ✓ Lulusan SMA/SMK nilai rapot rata-rata minimal 70
  • ✓ Lulusan D1-D2-D3 & S1 Minimal IPK 2.50
  • ✓ Ramah dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • ✓ Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem longshift ataupun shifting
  • ✓ Tidak pernah terlibat dalam kasus narkoba
  • ✓ Sehat jasmani dan rohani
  • ✓ Mampu bekerja dengan team
  • ✓ Terbiasa bekerja dengan komputer
  • ✓ Penempatan Cabang Bekasi
