Wanita, maks. 25 tahun

Pendidikan minimal S1

Kreatif, fast response, teliti, dan mempunyai kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik

Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman dari perusahaan yang berjualan di marketplace (shopee, tokopedia, lazada, dll)

Paham fitur-fitur marketplace (online shop), seperti proses orderan, chat, setting promo, dan upload produk

Terbiasa membalas chat dan konfirmasi produk kepada customer

Menguasai Microsoft Excel

Job Description:

Melayani chat, ulasan, dan diskusi marketplace

Administrasi seperti proses orderan, proses klaim garansi, dan komplain customer

Upload produk, setting flash sale, dan cek stock flash sale atau promo

Input penjualan dalam program
