Responsible for scaling supply and demand, optimising conversion and building the commercial and operations team.

Requirements

✓ Own revenue strategy and performance
✓ Pricing, commission and promotional strategy
✓ Launch new revenue streams and partnerships
✓ Lead B2B partnerships and market expansion
✓ Lead global tour guide acquisition and onboarding
✓ Ensure supply-demand balance
✓ Improve activation and retention
✓ Own end-to-end marketplace operations
✓ Improve conversion and service quality
✓ Build scalable onboarding and support processes Data & Analytics
✓ Track GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV and conversion
✓ Build forecasting and dashboards Leadership
✓ Build and lead commercial & operations team
✓ Foster culture of ownership and experimentation
✓ 8+ years in marketplace, travel, SaaS or e-commerce
✓ Experience leading commercial or operations teams
✓ Strong analytical and strategic skills
✓ Startup or high-growth experience preferred
