Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage enterprise clients and drive business growth for our IT solutions, including system integration, custom software development, fraud detection systems, automation platforms, and AI-based solutions.
You will build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients (Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Payment Industry).
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Present and propose tailored IT and digital solutions based on client needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and project scope.
Handle end-to-end sales process (prospecting, negotiation, closing).
Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular reports.
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
Requirements :
Minimum education: SMK / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with relevant sales or account management experience.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in IT, software, fintech, or technology solutions).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Able to understand technical solutions and explain business value clearly.
Fluent in English is a plus.
