Job opportunity for HR Generalist at HiWork in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA TIMUR, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Prepare and manage regular HR reports

Requirements:

Requirements

✓ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offering
✓ Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
✓ Prepare and monitor employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT)
✓ Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave management
✓ Manage payroll, benefits, and employee administration accurately and on time
✓ Handle BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administration
✓ Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company legal requirements
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
✓ 1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist
✓ Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
✓ Familiar with payroll, BPJS, and Indonesian labor regulations
✓ Detail-oriented, communicative, and strong problem-solving skills
✓ Able to work independently and in a team
