Job opportunity for HR RECRUITMENT at CV. Kukche Mitra Sukses in KOTA BOGOR, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.
Qualification:
Melakukan rekrutmen end to end untuk karyawan baru baik tenaga pengajar maupun staff manajemen. Mulai dari pencarian kandidat hingga melakukan Psikotes sesuai dengan tenggat waktu yang dibutuhkan.
Membuat Jadwal Psikotes dan Interview melalui google calendar.
Menginput hasil psikotes ke software psikotes dan membuat laporan hasil psikotes beserta data pribadi kandidat kemudia follow up ke tim HR
Meninjau dan memantau kinerja karyawan
Memastikan implementasi administrasi antar HR terlaksana dengan baik
Menjalankan dan memastikan setiap SOP, Prosedur dan aturan HR dilaksanakan oleh karyawan
Berkomunikasi dengan tim HR terkait isu-isu yang ada.
Mengakomodasi kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk team building.
Membuat daily task terkait Human resource setiap harinya (laporan harian)
