Job opportunity for Event Coordinator – Procurement LSPE & e-Katalog at PT Loka Indira Amarta in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualification:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Coordinator – Procurement (LPSE & e-Katalog) to support event execution and procurement processes related to government-funded activities. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LPSE and e-Katalog, excellent coordination skills, and a strong command of English. A good eye for design and layout is a plus, especially in preparing professional presentation decks and reports for high-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Coordination

Support the end-to-end planning and execution of government and public sector events.

Coordinate logistics, including venues, travel, accommodation, catering, equipment, and on-site support.

Create event documents such as rundowns, budget breakdowns, reports, and visual materials.

Ensure smooth on-site operations and assist with real-time problem-solving during events.

Procurement (LPSE & e-Katalog)

Prepare and manage procurement documents according to LKPP and Perpres regulations.

Submit and monitor procurement processes via LPSE, including e-Tendering and e-Purchasing.

Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and documentation integrity.

Vendor & Supplier Management

Engage and negotiate with vendors and service providers.

Ensure timely delivery and installation of goods or services based on project timelines.

Track supplier performance, product quality, and contract terms.

Reporting & Design

Prepare well-written, clear, and professional project reports and summaries.

Assist in designing visually engaging presentations, proposals, and post-event reports (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools).

Maintain tidy and professional documentation for audit and evaluation purposes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in event support and government procurement.

Familiar with LPSE, e-Katalog, e-Kontrak, and related procurement platforms.

Strong written and spoken English; able to prepare formal documents and communication in English.

Basic design/layout skills using PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Traits:

Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Strong communication skills.

Willing to travel for on-site event coordination when needed.
