Job opportunity for Chef at PT Keluarga Ningrat Indo in KAB. TANGERANG, BANTEN, Indonesia.
Qualification:
Pendidikan & Pengalaman
Lulusan Tata Boga (nilai plus, tapi tidak selalu wajib)
Pengalaman kerja 1–3 tahun di restoran / hotel
Pernah terlibat di opening resto jadi nilai tambah besar
Terbiasa untuk R&D resep baru
Keahlian Teknis
Menguasai teknik dasar memasak (cutting, cooking methods, plating)
Paham food safety & hygiene (HACCP, FIFO, sanitasi dapur)
Standarisasi resep & rasa
Mengelola stok bahan & food cost
Adaptif dengan menu baru / konsep resto
Disiplin, dan tahan kerja di bawah tekanan
Bisa kerja tim dan komunikasi baik
Siap kerja shift / weekend / hari libur
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Merancang dan mengembangkan menu sesuai konsep restoran
Menyiapkan dan memasak hidangan dengan standar kualitas, rasa, dan presentasi terbaik
Mengawasi operasional dapur sehari-hari agar berjalan efisien dan higienis
Mengelola bahan baku, termasuk pengecekan kualitas dan pengendalian stok
Memastikan kebersihan dapur sesuai standar keamanan pangan
Melatih dan membimbing staf dapur
Bekerja sama dengan manajemen dalam pengembangan menu dan kontrol biaya
