Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving consistency, speed, and visibility across the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team on a daily basis to ensure leads are actively handled, opportunities are progressing, and every stage of the customer journey is clearly tracked. The focus is on maintaining momentum, identifying gaps early, and keeping a structured, high-performing sales engine.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the team throughout the day to monitor progress on active leads and ensure timely responses, consistent follow-ups, and forward movement across all opportunities. Step in when deals slow down or momentum drops.

Maintain a clear, real-time view of all sales activity and deal stages, ensuring updates are consistently reflected in the system and that pipeline visibility remains accurate. Provide ongoing insight into responsiveness, deal flow, and overall performance.

Drive consistency in how leads are handled across all stages, ensuring strong response times and disciplined follow-up patterns. Identify breakdowns in workflow and ensure they are quickly corrected.

Ensure all sales actions are properly recorded and traceable, cross-check updates against actual activity, and maintain clean, reliable data across the pipeline.

Ensure no opportunity is left unattended, track every stage from first response to final outcome, and continuously identify and close gaps that impact conversion rates.

What This Role Demands

High awareness of pipeline activity at all times, strong ownership over maintaining structure and consistency, and the confidence to call out delays or gaps directly. This role requires discipline, attention to detail, and a mindset that values visibility and accountability in every action.

Success Metrics

Strong response speed and follow-up consistency across the team, accurate and complete pipeline data, reduced missed opportunities, and improved overall conversion rates.
