Wizr is building D2C brands in two fast-growing consumer categories:

We are looking for someone who can own and drive marketing end-to-end, not just execute tasks.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for all marketing and growth efforts, both online and offline.

Plan and execute marketing strategy across channels (digital, retail, offline activations)

Create and improve creative direction (ads, packaging, landing pages)

Work with designers, content creators, and vendors

Launch campaigns, test ideas, and iterate fast

Explore and implement AI tools & new software to improve efficiency

Execute sales growth (marketplaces, partnerships, retail)

Own results: traffic, conversion, revenue

Who We’re Looking For:

This is not a specialist role. We want a builder.

Minimum 4 years experience in marketing / growth / brand

Jack of all trades — can think strategy AND execute

Structured thinker (not messy, not random)

Strong ownership and accountability

Detail-oriented (you notice things others don’t)

Good taste in design & branding

Curious and proactive in using AI / new tools

Passion for pets (important for Petfoodist)

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands

Have run ads yourself (not just managed agencies)

Have built something from 0 → 1

Are obsessed with improving things continuously

Working Setup
