Job description

Job opportunity for ACCOUNTING & PERSONAL ASSISTANT at Jalak Kargo Logistik in KAB. BADUNG, BALI, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Job Descrioption :

1. Prepare, Plan, Develop, Monitor and Update Companies & Projects' budgets and transactions

2. Create and Update financial reports - financial statements, P&L, CF, and any accounting reports

3. Monitor, File and Update all bank/account statements, AR/AP items with complete records and evidences

4. Create and Update cash flow projections regularly

5. Compile, Calculate, Check, Report and Monitor all types of taxes with full compliance and accuracy on time

6. Seek and Apply best practices for accounting operation efficiency to oneself, one's team and across companies

7. Perform and Contribute to periodic Accounting and Finance analysis, audits, tax restitutions to detect and solve any potential and incumbent problems

8. Answering email & phone calls

9. Make a schedule meeting

10. Preparing report, presentation and manage schedule

Job Requirement :

1. Minimum education : Bachelor’s degree S1 in accounting

2. Proficient in Microsoft office

3. Preferably experienced in using Accurate software, myob software

4. Previous experience in logistic and forwarding company is preferred

5. At least 1 – 2 years of experience in the same position

6. High integrity, strong leadership, deadline – oriented, and excellent problem solving skills

7. Good English communication skills
