Accountant (English Speaking)

Job description

Requirements

• ✓ Manage full set of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations
• ✓ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• ✓ Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records
• ✓ Produce P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• ✓ Analyze variances and identify discrepancies
• ✓ Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• ✓ Handle PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT reporting
• ✓ Prepare and submit SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan
• ✓ Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian regulations
• ✓ Manage accounts payable and receivable
• ✓ Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• ✓ Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• ✓ Support internal and external audits
• ✓ Maintain proper documentation and audit trails
• ✓ Improve internal controls and accounting processes
• ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• ✓ 3–5 years of relevant experience
• ✓ Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations
• ✓ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• ✓ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• ✓ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• ✓ Able to prepare reports, communicate with stakeholders, and handle documentation in English
• ✓ Experience with payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21
• ✓ Familiar with Coretax, e-Bupot, and e-Faktur
• ✓ Experience in startup or fast-paced environment
