What we’re looking for:

Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • ✓ Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance
  • ✓ Minimum 5 years experience in Finance, including 2 years in Hotel industry
  • ✓ Understand Hotel Financial Reports
  • ✓ Understand Company Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
  • ✓ Strong in Budgeting & Cost Control
  • ✓ Familiar with PSAK & Taxation
  • ✓ Proficient in Excel & Accounting / Hotel Systems
  • ✓ Detail-oriented, accurate, and high integrity
  • ✓ Strong leadership skills
  • ✓ Able to work under targets & deadlines
  • ✓ Strong analytical thinking
  • ✓ Manage hotel financial reports
  • ✓ Prepare budget & financial analysis
  • ✓ Control costs & cash flow
  • ✓ Coordinate with Operator & Owning Company
