Job opportunity for HR Manager at Paramount Auto in KOTA ADM. JAKARTA PUSAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations

Develop and implement HR systems, SOPs, and organizational structure to support scalable growth

Establish and enforce performance evaluation or KPI frameworks

Design and execute training & development programs to improve team capability and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

4–6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role

Proven experience in building HR systems, SOPs, and organizational structures

Possesses a business mindset, not limited to administrative HR functions

Strong leadership with clear, firm, and effective communication, and the ability to make decisions
