Memastikan Karyawan Bekerja sesuai KPI yang sudah ditetapkan

Objektif dan Profesional Terhadap Penilaian Karyawan

Merancang Metode Punishment and Reward

Melakukan Perbaikan pada Sistem Kerja yang Dinilai Kurang Tepat
