Job opportunity for Supervisor / Restaurant Manager at Altima Group in KOTA BANDUNG, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK, diutamakan Manajemen, Perhotelan, Tata Boga, atau bidang terkait

Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Leader Outlet atau 1 tahun sebagai Manager (diutamakan di industri F&B/Retail)

Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan mampu mengelola tim operasional

Memahami operasional outlet (service, kitchen, stock, cash handling, dan kebersihan)

Mampu membuat laporan penjualan, kontrol biaya, dan evaluasi kinerja tim

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan dan pencapaian KPI

Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik

Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, dan tegas
