Qualification:

Hijack Sandals is seeking a Human Capital Intern to join our team. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources and is ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to kickstart their careers in people operations and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, psychology testing, and conducting initial interviews.

Support in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for Human Capital operations and documentation.

Supporting Human Capital Staff in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology.

Strong communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Willingness to work from the office at least 3 times a week in Bandung.

Have interest or exposure in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is a plus.

Committed to join for 3 months internship.
