- ✓ Sourcing and Posting, Advertising vacancies on job portals and social media to attract candidates.
- ✓ Screening and Selection, Sorting CVs, conducting initial interviews, and administering psychological or technical tests.
- ✓ Interview Coordination, Scheduling interviews between candidates and user departments (user, HR, CEO).
- ✓ Database Management Maintaining and updating candidate databases for future needs.
- ✓ Administrative Support: Preparing job offers, managing hiring documents, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
- ✓ Reporting, Creating regular reports on recruitment activities, turnover rates, and hiring progress
