Job description

Job opportunity for STAFF HRGA at Armey Floristry in Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Rekrutmen & Seleksi: Merancang dan melaksanakan proses rekrutmen hingga orientasi karyawan baru.

Manajemen Data & Administrasi: Mengelola database karyawan, absensi, cuti, dan surat menyurat.

Payroll & Tunjangan: Menghitung dan menyalurkan gaji, tunjangan, serta mengurus BPJS.

Penilaian Kinerja (KPI): Menyusun dan menerapkan sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan.

Hubungan Industrial: Menangani relasi karyawan dan mematuhi peraturan ketenagakerjaan.

Pengelolaan Fasilitas: Merawat gedung, kendaraan dinas, utilitas (listrik/air), dan keamanan lingkungan kantor.

Pengadaan Barang: Mengurus inventaris, seperti ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor) dan kebutuhan operasional lainnya.

Legalitas & Perizinan: Mengurus dokumen izin operasional perusahaan, kontrak vendor, dan lingkungan.

Monitoring ISO: Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar ISO (seperti ISO 9001:2015).

Budgeting: Mengelola anggaran untuk operasional GA.

Skill yang Dibutuhkan:

Penguasaan MS Office (Excel, Word) & Sistem HRIS.

Pemahaman UU Ketenagakerjaan.

Komunikasi yang baik dan kemampuan negosiasi.
