Requirements

✓ Must own a personal laptop capable of supporting high-level accounting software and advanced data tools.
✓ Lead and oversee the preparation of accurate financial records, including consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
✓ Manage and supervise accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure optimal cash flow and compliance.
✓ Review bank reconciliations and oversee the integrity of all general ledger entries.
✓ Drive and coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparation.
✓ Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, local tax regulations, and internal control systems.
✓ Collaborate with other department heads to streamline financial data collection and operational workflows.
✓ Lead budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
✓ Proactively identify and resolve complex financial discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
✓ Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure team productivity and professional growth.
✓ Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive financial and strategic information.
✓ Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✓ At least 3–5 years of experience in an accounting role, with proven experience as a managerial staff or team lead.
✓ Expert proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
✓ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills.
✓ Able to lead a team effectively while maintaining a high level of independent accountability.
✓ Excellent communication skills for reporting to management and a high level of professional integrity.
