Job opportunity for Compensation & Benefits Staff at PT Karabha Digdaya (Emeralda Golf) in KOTA DEPOK, JAWA BARAT, Indonesia.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, mathematics, statistic or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, reward strategy, salary survey and HR Administration.

Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor law, BPJS, PPh 21, and employee benefits administration.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.

Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.

Job Description:

Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, allowances, insurance, BPJS, and other employee welfare programs.

Ensure accurate calculation and timely processing of salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, and other compensation-related matters.

Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and supporting data to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Prepare HR reports related to compensation, benefits, and employee cost analysis to support management decision-making.

Maintain and update employee compensation databases while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
