Job opportunity for Finance Senior at Bekerdja.id in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualification:

We’re looking for a Senior Finance professional to take ownership of our end-to-end finance operations. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from bookkeeping and tax to financial reporting and process improvement — driving accuracy, compliance, and financial visibility across the business.

Requirements

✓ Own the full accounting cycle: bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
✓ Oversee Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments
✓ Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
✓ Manage all tax obligations: PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25, 29, and PPN — including Coretax filings and bukti potong issuance
✓ Lead cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital monitoring
✓ Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators
✓ Develop and improve internal finance SOPs, controls, and documentation
✓ Provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions
✓ Support budgeting and variance analysis across departments
✓ Mentor junior finance staff and review their work
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✓ 3–7 years of hands-on finance/accounting experience, ideally with exposure to full-stack finance
✓ Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and statutory compliance
✓ Proficient in Coretax, e-Faktur, and accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, Xero, or similar)
✓ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling basics)
✓ Proven track record of managing closings independently and meeting tight deadlines
✓ Sharp analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
✓ Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
✓ Available to start immediately and work onsite in Jakarta
✓ Experience in fintech, payment gateway, or e-money industry
✓ Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is a plus)
✓ Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency, or consolidated reporting
✓ Familiarity with OJK or BI regulatory reporting
